ZINDN cold spray zinc anticorrosion case: Jianghai West Road rapid transformation and supporting project won the second prize of 2021 Shanghai Excellent Engineering Survey and Design Project Selection!
Recently, in accordance with the "Notice on Announcement of the List of Award-Winning Projects of Shanghai Excellent Engineering Survey and Design in 2021" by the Shanghai Survey and Design Industry Association (Hu Kanshe Xie Zi [2021] No. 34), the selection of Shanghai Excellent Engineering Survey and Design Projects in 2021 After expert review, expert committee review, approval by the leading group, and online publicity, the stages have now ended. The rapid transformation and supporting project of Jianghaixi Road (Luoshe Xinkaihe~Fengxiang Interchange) won the second prize of 2021 Shanghai Excellent Engineering Survey and Design Project. ZINDN was fortunate to participate in the custom work of Jianghaixi Road steel structure anticorrosive coating.
The rapid transformation and supporting works of Jianghai West Road (Luoshe Xinkaihe ~ Fengxiang Interchange) are generally east-west, starting from Luoshe Xinkaihe in the west to Fengxiang Interchange in the east, with a total length of about 8.8 kilometers and a red line width of 40-64.5 meters. . After the completion of this project, it will realize the smooth conversion between the northwest area and the fast inner ring, and the rapid communication with Xiyi Expressway and S342, which will further enhance the traffic connection between Wuxi urban area and Yixing and Jiangyin, and promote the integration of Xicheng, Xixi and Yi.
In order to solve the problem of durable anti-corrosion of about 20,000 tons of steel structure in the jhxl01, jhxl03, jhxl05, jhxl07 bid sections of the Jianghai West Road rapid transformation project, and reduce maintenance costs, ZINDN technicians have worked hard, and have conducted many field inspections and comparisons. It is finally determined that the inner surface of the steel box girder of the project adopts zinc shield zinc-rich products, and the outer surface adopts zinc shield cold spray zinc and supporting products for anti-corrosion protection.
Previously, the ZINDN cold spray zinc supporting system has been successfully applied in the Wuhu Yangtze River Highway Second Bridge (Zhan Tianyou Award of the Chinese Civil Engineering Society), Fujian Shacheng Bay Bridge, Wujiagang Yangtze River Bridge and other projects, and achieved significant economic and social benefits. benefit.
