ZD1120 non-slip cold spray zinc
A one-component self-drying zinc-rich anti-slip and anti-rust primer; it meets the requirements of JT/T 722 for anti-slip friction surface coatings, and the dry film metal zinc content is ≥88%.
Performance characteristics:
The metal zinc powder content in the paint film is high, which has excellent cathodic protection and anti-rust effect;

ZD1320 water-based cold spray zinc anti-skid coating
A two-component water-based self-curing zinc-rich anti-slip and anti-rust primer; it meets the requirements of JT/T 722 for anti-slip friction surface coatings, and the dry film metal zinc content is ≥85%.
Performance characteristics:
The metal zinc powder content in the paint film is high, which has excellent cathodic protection and anti-rust effect;
Has excellent anti-slip performance;
Anti-slip coefficient factory value/installation value (within 6 months) ≥0.55/0.45.
ZD inorganic zinc-rich anti-rust and anti-skid coating
A two-component solvent-based self-curing inorganic zinc-rich anti-skid and anti-rust primer; it meets the requirements of JT/T 722 for anti-skid friction surface coatings, and the dry film metal zinc content is ≥70%.
Performance characteristics:
The metal zinc powder content in the paint film is high, which has excellent cathodic protection and anti-rust effect;
Has excellent anti-slip performance;
In a dry environment, the long-term temperature resistance can reach 400℃, and the occasional short-term high temperature resistance can reach 500℃.
Inorganic Zinc-rich antiskid coating
It is a two-component alcohol-soluble silicate coating, which is hard and wear-resistant. The coating on the surface of steel has electrochemical cathodic protection, excellent anti-rust property and high anti-slip coefficient.
Performance characteristics:
