Inorganic Hybrid Solvent-free ZD2551 is a two-component solvent-free 2 in 1 coating made of an inorganic resin interpenetrating network modified weather-resistant organic polymer resin and a highly weather-resistant pigment, etc., can also be used as a topcoat and primer in combination.
An industrial protective 2 IN 1 coating with excellent performance, suitable for steel structures or concrete surfaces in various harsh atmospheric environments, such as large steel structures, bridges, offshore platforms, tank outer walls, ship superstructures, petrochemical equipment, engineering machinery and other new construction or maintenance projects.
It has good adhesion on various old paint film surfaces and has low requirements for substrate pre-treatment.

Applications
Application Notes
1. The specified thinner must be used and applied on the compatible primer or intermediate paint, otherwise, it will affect the product quality.
2. During the paint preparation process, it is strictly forbidden to contact with water, acid, alkali, alcohol, etc.
Component B is very easy to react with water and other substances. The packaging barrel of the remaining component B after preparation must be tightly covered.
3. During the application and drying, and curing period, the relative humidity shall not be greater than 85%.
4. During the application process, or shortly after the application, the surface is subjected to water vapor condensation and sudden cooling, which will cause the surface to lose gloss, turn white, and deteriorate in quality.
5. When applications are made by either roller or brush, multiple coats may be required to obtain a complete covering effect, especially for some lead-free bright colours such as yellow, orange, etc.
